Nonprofit entities are often confronted with huge challenges as it relates to the financial resources necessary to cover day-to-day operating costs. These include expenses associated with office space, utilities, personnel, marketing and other administrative costs which are essential to the effective operation of any organization. MHP also launches its Dreams2Reality Friend-Raiser annually, an event aimed at attracting critical financial support. Throughout our history, MHP has existed to meet the affordable housing needs of low and moderate income families. In order to continue having a positive impact on the lives of families, MHP desperately needs the financial support of both individual(s) and corporate donors.
However, nonprofits tend to struggle more in this area because much of our support comes from donations or grants. Consequently, the Mississippi Housing Partnership welcomes your financial support as it would strengthen our organizational capacity, promote sustainability and allow us to remain focused on our mission of safe, decent and affordable housing.
